hosting sales consultant
the role
You will be responsible for recruiting new clients and developing new business opportunities. You must have the ability to advise clients on total e-business solutions, consulting on cloud and managed hosting solutions and services. The role will involve a mixture of telephone and face-to-face sales.
the candidate
We are seeking energetic and highly driven individuals who are good team workers with excellent client handling skills. We would particularly like to hear from you if you have proven experience in hosting related sales, telesales, face-to-face sales and selling to SMEs.
salary
£35k+ basic with competitive commission structure and benefits package.
support engineer
the role
This role will involve customer support and troubleshooting, assisting clients with hosting issues, monitoring infrastructure and responding to alert notifications. Working both in our Docklands office and datacentres, you will be required to carry out system administration tasks, performing maintenance and software updates, as well as provisioning, upgrading and configuring hardware.
the candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is keen to develop their skills and progress within the company. This role would be ideal for a college leaver or university graduate with a good understanding of Linux (OS Installation, account creation, general housekeeping and problem solving). A basic understanding of Cisco devices would be advantageous however training will be provided.
salary
